We pride ourselves on being a family-friendly space. For our first-time pediatric clients, we aim to make massage a fun and positive experience!
Families & Playroom: You are welcome to use our waiting area and playroom. Please note that active supervision is required, as guardians are responsible for their children at all times.
Complimentary Refreshments: Help yourself to a drink while you wait.
Accessibility: Our clinic is on the 2nd floor and is accessible by stairs only.
Student Massage: These sessions are performed by senior students in their final term and are not eligible for third-party insurance coverage.
Insurance & Billing: We provide direct billing to most major providers. Please be aware that coverage depends on your specific policy limits; final payment responsibility remains with the client. If direct billing is unavailable, we will provide a receipt for you
June Appointments: Natasha is on-call for a birth support client through in June. As births are unpredictable, we may need to reschedule your appointment on short notice. If this occurs, she will reach out to you personally to coordinate a new time.
